Right on the beachfront, a terrace facing the sand and a menu that runs from the catch of the day to cachopo: La Playa by Chus is eating with the Cantabrian behind you.
Its holiday brunch (11:15–13:00) is already a small local legend: fresh juice, a board of Iberian cured meats and cheese, sweet, savoury and even cava. And in the afternoon, the “drunch” — the relaxed grown-up version.
Homemade croquettes, rice dishes, squid in its ink… and that terrace. Few tables in Asturias look at a beach like this.
