The life of Santa María parish beats a step from the beach, in the Baroque church that almost touches the tide. Here are its times, exactly as published by the Luanco Pastoral Unit.
In summer (1 July – 31 August): mass every day at 20:00 (rosary and confessions at 19:30); Saturdays also at 18:30; Sundays at 11:00, 12:00 and 20:00. Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament on Thursdays at 19:30. The church is open from 8:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 20:45.
The rest of the year (September – June): Monday to Friday at 19:00 (rosary 18:30), Saturdays 19:30 and Sundays 12:00. Adoration on Thursdays at 18:30.
The Pastoral Unit spreads mass across the whole district: San Pedro de Antromero (Saturdays 13:00), San Cristóbal de Verdicio (1st and 3rd Saturday), San Bartolomé de Viodo (2nd and 4th Saturday), Santa Eulalia de Nembro and San Jorge de Heres (Sunday mornings) and San Nicolás de Bañugues (Sundays 13:00).
